My business Kitchen Design Plus is located at 1526 Dresden Row on the ground floor of the Garrison Place building. My tenancy with the Benigno Group began five years ago. It is a family owned and operated business that truly believes and supports their tenants. I have only great things to say about my landlords and their commitment to their tenants comfort and security. The building inside and out is kept impeccably clean and maintained and is kept secure with a camera security system throughout. The administration and maintenance staff are always friendly and readily available and the owners will always follow up with any issues or concerns. Avalon Sexual Assault Centre has been a tenant for 13 years.  As a non-profit organization it can be challenging to find an office space that meets the needs of the agency and the people who access services within the price range that is affordable. We initially moved here because the building offered the access to “downtown”, Metro transit, and anonymity that people coming here require. The Benigno Group has worked with us over the years to accommodate our growing organization and needs.  A lot of work has gone into building upgrades and improvements to address accessibility, safety, and to modernize the building.  The relationship has been professional and respectful.  The Benigno Group has strived to build a core group of tenants that represent a cross section of businesses and organizations that not only create diverse tenants but also demonstrates to potential tenants how a multi-use building can work.
